Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time under Settings → Billing → Open billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that you won't be charged again. Changed your mind? You can resume the membership until that date.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content that is available straight away, this right ends when you:
- explicitly agree to immediate delivery, and
- confirm you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Checkout asks for both, and you get access to the lessons or masterclass immediately.
If you did not agree to immediate delivery, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] (you can use the model form below). We refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.
Refunds
- If something goes wrong with a payment, or you can't access what you bought, email [email protected]. We fix it or refund you.
- A full refund of a masterclass ends access to that masterclass.
